Hatha Yoga - a style of yoga drawing on the precision of the Iyengar tradition, the flow and power of the Vinyasa tradition, and the joy and fun of the Anusara tradition. classes are 90 minutes. Beginning with sun salutations to warm up, standing poses to develop strength and stamina, back bends for improved spinal flexibility, forward bends as a counter stretch and to calm the nervous system, finishing with inversions and spinal twists to prepare for deep relasxation.
